Its important for me to eat atleast one salad daily and I often toss my greens in EVOO, salt & pepper followed by a spritz of lemon juice to activate all the flavors from the food ingredients on the days when I am lazy and out of dressings. I love this DIY rose water toner, it’s perfect for my combination skin type. I also use it prior to all of my wax treatments.I enjoyed making this dish because it was so colorful and lentils is one of my favorite grains to eat. I used black lentils which take a longer time to cook but the trick is to pre-cook your lentils in bulk, portion and freeze them for future meals. The coconut oil, coconut cream along with fresh herbs created an amazing flavor profile. Enjoy!
